Once you decide to move forward, we’ll begin with an Assessment Appointment, which provides a strong foundation for our work together. This session helps us explore your needs, background, and goals in depth, ensuring we tailor a plan that best supports your well-being.

After your assessment, you can book Individual Psychotherapy Sessions with flexible time options to fit your needs.

Psychotherapy Hours:

Monday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Tuesday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
